Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be available for pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or coming soon, for which we do not yet have stock. At checkout, we may not charge you at all, or we may charge only a partial deposit and save your payment method, then fulfil the order and charge the full amount, or the remaining amount, at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our returns policy for further details on returns and refunds.
